Frequently asked questions
Is Diami free?
Yes. The Free plan is enough for 1 property up to 5 rooms, with rent, tenant, and bill tracking. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.
Do I need a smart meter?
No. Diami is fully useful without a meter — you can log electricity readings manually. The smart meter is just an optional module for automation.
How does subscription payment work?
Via Midtrans (QRIS, bank transfer, or e-wallet). We don't store your card details.
Is my data safe?
No ads, and we don't sell your data. More in the Privacy Policy.
Can I manage facilities and booking?
Yes. You can register shared facilities and manage tenant bookings by time slot, including approvals. Announcements are also available in-app (a banner for tenants).
